New Car
I now have a Expedition 2010 instead of my 2008. The 2008 was in the shop more then 15 times in one year. Brakes, battery and transmission. i was getting scared to drive in not knowing what would happen next. FORD WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP ME GET OUT OF IT. They deemed the truck safe, Jim from Pioneer ford, tried to help me so many times this year to get out of it. Finally we made it happen I had to take out another loan, instead of trading it straight across like we hoped, but I'm out of it and feel a Little safer.
